Build a form

Open Web Forms → New form and give it a name (e.g. “Website enquiry”).

Add fields. Available types: text, email, phone, long text, dropdown, checkbox, radio, number and date.

Map fields to the lead: at least one field should map to Name and one to Phone. Other answers can map to Email, Notes or your custom fields.

Use the Preview tab to check it, then save.
After someone submits
Success messageShown on the form after submitting — “Thank you! We will get back to you shortly.” by default.
Redirect URLOptional: send people to your own thank-you page instead (useful for ad conversion tracking).
Each submission creates a lead with the form as its source (or updates the existing lead if the phone or email is already known), is assigned by your lead-assignment setting, and starts the SLA clock.
Put it on your website
Open the form's Embed tab and copy one of these:
Script embed (recommended)A one-line script tag. Paste it where the form should appear; it draws the form inline and resizes to fit.
Iframe embedA fixed-height iframe — for site builders that don't allow scripts.
Hosted linkA ready-made page for the form. Share it on WhatsApp, Instagram bio or email.
Note: Works on WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Webflow and plain HTML — anywhere you can paste HTML.
Common issues
The form shows but submissions don't arrive
Check the Name and Phone fields are mapped. Submissions without a name or phone can't become leads.
The embedded form is cut off
Use the script embed, which resizes itself, or increase the iframe height in the snippet.
