Your data: export, retention and deletion

You own the leads and conversations in your workspace. Here's how to take them with you, and when and how they're deleted.

Who can do this: Workspace owners and adminsLast updated: 29 September 2026

Your data is yours

Your leads, contacts, conversations and files belong to your business. We process them only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy. Changing or ending your plan never deletes data.

Exporting

Admins can export leads at any time from Import/Export (CSV or JSON), and contacts from the Contacts page. Export before deleting a workspace — deletion can't be undone.

Inactive workspaces

To avoid holding data nobody uses, a workspace is scheduled for deletion when nobody has signed in for about two months and it has no active paid plan. It's deleted after a further grace period unless someone signs in or pays — signing in cancels the deletion. Workspaces on an active paid plan are never deleted this way.

Deleting your workspace

The workspace owner can request deletion by raising a Support Ticket, or by following our data deletion instructions. We confirm the request with the owner before erasing anything.

Important: Deletion permanently erases every lead, contact, conversation, file and setting in the workspace for all users. It can't be reversed.

What we keep after deletion

Tax invoicesKept for the period required by GST law. They contain billing details only — no leads or conversations.
BackupsSystem backups roll off on their normal schedule; deleted data isn't restored from them.
