Connect 99acres, Housing.com, JustDial and TradeIndia

These portals can push each new enquiry to a web address you give them. Telemantix gives every workspace its own private address per portal.

How it works

You connect the portal in Telemantix, which creates a private webhook URL for your workspace. The portal's team configures their system to send every new lead to that URL. Leads then arrive within seconds, tagged with the portal as the source.

Note: These connectors are part of the Enterprise plan.

Set it up

Go to Integrations and open 99acres, Housing.com, JustDial or TradeIndia.

Click Configure, then Save & Connect (there are no fields to fill in). A Webhook URL appears — copy it with the copy button.

Email it to your account manager at the portal and ask them to push your leads to it (message below).

When they confirm, ask them to send a test lead and check it appears in Leads.

What to send your portal

Hi, please push all new enquiries for our account to our CRM using this webhook (HTTP POST, JSON or form data):

Fields we need: buyer name, mobile number, email (if available), city/locality and the enquiry message or property. Thank you!
NameRequired — the buyer's name.
MobileRequired — used to match repeat enquiries to the same lead.
Email, message, property, citySaved on the lead when the portal sends them.

Keep the address private

The webhook URL contains a secret token that identifies your workspace. Share it only with the portal. If you think it has leaked, raise a Support Ticket and we will issue a new address for you to send to the portal.

Common issues

The portal says our URL doesn't work

Make sure they copied the whole address, including everything after the “?”. Test leads must be sent as a POST request.

Leads arrive without a phone number

Ask the portal to include the buyer's mobile number in the push — leads without one can't be matched or called.
