Overview
You can request deletion of your Telemantix account and associated data at any time, including data obtained through Facebook/Meta Login or other connected integrations. This page outlines the process, consistent with Meta's Platform Data Deletion requirements.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to info@telemantix.com
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include your registered account email and company name so we can verify your identity
- We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and process the deletion within 30 days
What Gets Deleted
- Your user account and profile information
- Leads and contacts associated with your account
- Integration credentials and access tokens (Meta, WhatsApp, Google, etc.)
- Call logs, message history, and uploaded files
Some information may be retained where required by law (e.g., billing records for tax compliance) or in anonymized/aggregated form that no longer identifies you.
Timeline
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification.
