Notifications and the daily summary

The bell at the top of the app shows alerts as they happen — a lead assigned to you, a follow-up due or overdue, a new WhatsApp message, an @mention, an SLA breach and more. Choose which ones you get, in the app and by email, in Settings → Notifications. Notifications in the sidebar lists everything, with an Unread filter.

Admins and managers get one email at 9:00 am in your workspace's time zone covering the whole team:

Click Stop daily summaries at the bottom of any summary email, or switch Daily summary email off in Settings → Notifications. You can turn it back on at any time. Each person controls their own.

Some emails are always sent because they're about your account: the welcome email, email verification, invitations, payment receipts with your GST invoice number, and failed-payment notices. They come from [email protected].
