Users, roles and permissions

Every plan includes unlimited users. An email address can belong to only one Telemantix workspace, because sign-in finds your workspace from your email.

What Managers and Agents can do is editable per workspace (below). Admin access is fixed.

In Security → Roles & permissions, admins can tick exactly what Managers and Agents may do — delete, import, export and merge leads; manage lead sources, scoring, web forms, integrations, automation and bots; send WhatsApp campaigns; send emails and manage email templates; view analytics — and create custom roles such as “Telecaller” or “Team lead” built on Manager or Agent. Changes take effect immediately for everyone in that role.

The person who created the workspace is its Owner. The owner can't be removed or demoted by anyone else. To hand the workspace over, the owner uses Make owner on another admin in Users. Every workspace always keeps at least one active admin.

Use Deactivate on their row in Users. Telemantix shows what they own — open leads, pending and missed follow-ups, open tasks — and lets you hand all of it to a teammate in one step. They're signed out of every device immediately and can't sign in again. You can reactivate them later.

Every user change — invites, role changes, deactivation, ownership transfer — is recorded in Security → Audit log.
